With two strong wins, defending champion Sweden takes over top spot in the second Power Rankings of the 2014 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship.
1.  Sweden  Sweden:  Skelleftea in the houuuuuuse!
2.  Russia  Russia:  There’s a time and place to beat Finland...
3.  USA  United States:  Will Peter Laviolette run in 2016?
4.  Norway  Norway:  You call him Roy Johansen, we call him Odin
5.  Czech  Czech Republic:  Ondrej Nemec, you are a wild man
6.  Canada  Canada:  And once again, this tournament has meaning
7.  Germany  Germany:  Oppenheimer is the bomb
8.  Latvia  Latvia:  As a group, we want to get louder every day
9.  France  France:  We can beat Canadians from Canada, but not from Italy
10.  Italy  Italy:  Gander ruined a perfectly good pizza joke
11.  Belarus  Belarus:  Former Soviet republics are awesome!
12.  Slovakia  Slovakia:  We have nice spas, caves, and castles
13.  Kazakhstan  Kazakhstan:  Helminen can’t score if he’s on the bench
14.  Finland  Finland:  Erkka, who are these dudes?
15.  Suisse  Switzerland:  Could someone please explain this offside rule?
16.  Denmark  Denmark:  Yeah, but we could take Iceland
