The forward of the Belarusian national team and the Washington Capitals is not only one of the top players of the host nation’s team but also among the scoring leaders of the tournament.

Arriving in Minsk after his eighth NHL season, the 30-year-old notched 35 points (13+22) in NHL play with the Caps and is currently competing in his eighth IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship.
