Successful sales of wide range of packages

185 days before the start of the 78th IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Minsk, the official ticket operator TicketPro announced the sale of the 100,000th ticket and of the 10,000th ticket package.

As of 1st November, a total of 62,786 tickets and 6,920 ticket packages were sold. As of the evening of 5 November, TicketPro already sold 105,610 tickets and 10,066 ticket packages. In fact, within five days fans purchased 42,824 tickets and 3,146 ticket packages with the launch of follow-your-team packages.

Hockey fans from over 20 countries are among buyers. This includes fans of participating countries of the 2014 IIHF Ice Hockey Championship as well as fans from other countries such as Austria, Estonia, Great Britain, Israel or Ukraine.
